Who we are
LeadForge Creative provides an AI-powered missed-lead recovery service for home service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, remodeling, electrical and similar trades. The AI follows up with missed callers by text, qualifies the lead and books appointments. You can reach us any time at hello@leadforgecreative.com.
What we collect
When you submit the early access form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, business name or website, and the description of your business, trade, service area, missed-call volume and current phone or calendar setup. If you become a client, we collect the additional information needed to configure the service, such as your business phone number and calendar access. When delivering the service, we process caller contact details, enquiry and conversation content, appointment details and messaging consent or opt-out records. We do not ask for payment details on this site; payments through Whop are subject to Whop’s own privacy policy.
Why we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, evaluate your fit for the founding member program, set up and operate the missed-lead recovery service if you subscribe, and follow up about your request. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Messages sent on your behalf
If you subscribe, the AI follows up with people who contact your business, where there is a valid basis and any legally required consent. Those messages are sent as part of delivering the service you requested, not as permission for unrelated marketing. You remain the business the customer contacted, and you are responsible for obtaining any consent required for us to message your customers on your behalf.
AI-assisted conversations and messaging choices
Customer conversations are processed by an automated AI assistant to understand enquiries and arrange appointments. Conversations should identify the assistant as automated. Customers can request human assistance or opt out of automated texts by replying STOP or making another clear request to stop. We retain the minimum opt-out information necessary to respect that choice and prevent further messages, subject to applicable law.
Legal basis
Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, contractual necessity to provide a requested service, legal obligations where applicable, and consent where required. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. For customer information handled on a client’s behalf, the client determines the purposes of processing and is responsible for the appropriate legal basis and customer notices.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain normal business records, and are deleted on request unless retention is necessary for legal obligations or to respect a messaging opt-out. Client conversation and appointment records are retained only as needed to deliver the service and meet applicable obligations.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not run tracking pixels. Only the technical storage required to load and secure the page is used. If we add analytics or advertising tracking in the future, we will show a cookie notice and ask for consent where required.
Sharing and storage
Form submissions are stored securely with our hosting and database provider and are accessible only to LeadForge Creative. We may use email tools to reply to you, and AI, messaging and calendar providers to deliver the service. These providers process data on our behalf only.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or object to our use of it. Email hello@leadforgecreative.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority; California residents may exercise CCPA rights using the same address.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16.
